West Ham to make move for Spaniard.

West Ham United are interested in Eibar midfielder Dani according to Marca.

Slaven Bilic is being tipped to be busy in the January transfer window and 26-year-old Garcia is being touted as a possible new recruit. The former Real Sociedad man has become a key player for an over-performing Eibar outfit and he has started 14 La Liga games this season. ninetyminutesonline.com

Don’t know anything about this player other than he is a defensive midfielder. If he is good, maybe we need him. Anyone know anything about this player?

Dimitri Payet open to Marseille.

Dimitri Payet has once again suggested he could be up for a move away from West Ham. The France winger, 29, has responded positively to questions over whether he would be interested in a return to former club Marseille. Payet told SFR Sport in France: “I am not closing the door to anything.”

Payet added: “Marseille have a new project which seems interesting. Aside from that, we are obviously waiting to see the first few things that the new owners do, but Marseille knows how attached I am to the club. “When I talk about it, I say the best possible things, because that is what I think, so why not.” mirror.co.uk

Another day, another Payet story. Something we just have to get used to I suppose. What are your thoughts on Dimitri Payet?

West Ham youngster set to join Sky Blues on loan.

Reports from West Ham suggest Coventry City could be set to sign youngster Marcus Browne on a loan deal this January. The Sky Blues have already established a link with the Hammers after bringing Lewis Page to the Ricoh, on a similar short-term deal in August.

The pacy attacking midfielder has progressed through the Academy ranks at West Ham, and is highly-rated at the East-London club. coventrytelegraph.net

Saw this mentioned on ‘Ex’s’ Twitter feed recently (A re-tweet?). If he can get plenty of match experience at Coventry then I think it could be a good move for Marcus to go out on loan. The club rate him highly and he needs to go out and prove himself in league games. How do you rate Marcus Browne? What do you think about a loan move for him? Is it a good thing? Or should we let him develop with us?

West Ham Serie A deal could open up move to Leeds United for forward.

Leeds United have been given a boost in their pursuit for West Ham United’s Ashley Fletcher following claims in the Italian media the Premier League side are in pole position to sign Sassuolo star Grégoire Defrel.

There have been reports in the British media in past 24 hours Leeds United could look to move in on Fletcher in the January transfer window as Garry Monk looks to bolster his attacking options. sportwitness.co.uk

Although a loan move might be good for the player, we shouldn’t rush into anything IMO. It seems we will lose Zaza and Calleri in January and with Sakho injured or going away to ACON, we really will be left short of genuine striking options up front. We will only have Carroll (fingers crossed), Ayew and Fletcher as our strikers; and I don’t really see Ayew as a player to play up front alone. We all hope we will bring a striker to the club in January, but we don’t know who we will get or how they might perform. It would be a big risk I think to let Fletcher go out on loan. Maybe it would be better to look for a move for the start of next season if it is felt a loan move away is best for his development. What is your opinion? Would you be happy to see him go out on loan? Do you rate Fletcher?

West Ham Ladies receive official FA complaint after failing to pay officials.

An official complaint was lodged against West Ham Ladies on Sunday after failing to pay officials their match fee after the game. It’s understood that the club failed to follow the official league rules about home teams having to pay officials their fee plus personal expenses immediately after the game.

The officials were believed to have been searching for a West Ham Ladies official to receive their payment, but were told by stadium caretakers that everyone had gone home. After speaking to those involved, it’s believed that the club have acted quickly and arranged a bank transfer and will be completing an internal investigation into why the payment wasn’t made on the day. essexlive.news

Oh dear, how amateurish!

West Ham’s Andy Carroll left team hotel on Friday to put his kids to bed.

West Ham boss Slaven Bilic has confirmed that Andy Carroll was allowed to leave the team hotel to put his children to bed of Friday night. When discussing his towering front man’s recent impact on the Hammers first team after injury, Bilic told the media: “Andy is everything opposite to what I heard before I came. Whenever he needs something, he asks politely.

“On Friday night, he asked if he could go home because his kids were there and he would like to put them to bed and then come back to the hotel. “He could have sneaked out. It’s only half an hour. “On the pitch, he gives you everything. I trust him. I only don’t trust him when he says I’m okay, I’m fit but then again, that is his positivity. I trust him on the pitch though.” essexlive.news

Slightly strange story, but also a slightly strange request from our player! What I did find interesting was the later admission by Slaven that he does not trust Andy when he says ‘ I’m okay, I’m fit’. Does that hint that Carroll puts himself at risk by training or playing when he knows he has a minor niggle or a problem? Is that why he always breaks down? Because he already has issues and exacerbates them by carrying on, is that making things worse? What do you think?

Randolph – We will take even more confidence.

Darren Randolph believes the West Ham players can start looking towards the top half of the table and hopes they can extend their good run of form over the busy Christmas period.

Randolph said: “I think quite a bit of pressure has been taken off us. We had a tough run of games in December but now we are looking at the games going forward. “We will take even more confidence from the seven points we have picked up. “We are very happy with how the week has gone getting a point at Anfield and then two home wins. “We have moved up the table quite a few place and everyone seems a lot happier than they were seven days ago. whufc.com

Are you now looking towards the top half of the table? Is your confidence back in our team? Did you ever lose confidence? Who do you think is the better keeper out of Randolph and Adrian? Do we stick with Randolph as our league keeper now and Adrian as our cup keeper?

Nice join transfer hunt for West Ham misfit.

Nice are interested in signing Sofiane Feghouli from West Ham, according to Footmercato. The French website says that the French league leaders are hoping to take the Algerian international to the south of France when the transfer window opens next month.

Roma have also been looking at the 26 year old in recent months, reports Footmercato, but any move for the midfielder could be complicated by the fact that Feghouli will be away at the African Cup of Nations for parts of January and February. foreverwestham.com

What are your thoughts on a move away for Sofiane? When I first saw him in one of the pre-season friendlies in Austria I thought he looked good; he showed a bit of pace a bit of skill and could put in a decent cross. Since then I haven’t seen anything from him. How do you rate him? Does he deserve more time and more of a chance?
