Hello Hammers. Here is Wednesday’s lunchtime round up.

West Ham are pondering a move for Lazio manager Simone Inzaghi. (Sky Sports)

This manager would personally get a no from me, purely because I do not know enough about him. If we decide to sack Slaven Bilic, then we need to make sure we appoint someone with top European pedigree and can take us to the next level.

Former West Ham player Blair Turgott has been charged with fraud and money laundering offences. (Mirror)

It is such a shame to read stories like this, especially when it is one of your former players. I thought Blair had a big future ahead of him when he was with us, but sadly I was wrong. I hope he manages to get himself back on track in the near future.

Slaven Bilic says West Ham would be interested in John Terry if he is available. (IB Times)

I have read a lot of comments from West Ham fans regarding Terry, and the majority do not want him. I personally think we would be a good addition to the squad. We have been crying out for a leader for some time now, and Terry will bring that. He would also teach some of our younger defenders a thing or two.

West Ham are being linked with a move for PSV defender Santiago Arias. (Talksport)

He is another player I have never heard of, so again I can’t really have much of an opinion. Obviously I would rather sign someone of proven Premier League quality, but I guess you have to take a gamble on players from other leagues every now and then.

Slaven Bilic says he is unmoved by speculation over his job as West Ham manager. (Mirror)

Slaven needs to just stay focused until the end of the season, in my opinion. Once the season is done, then I think the board need to sit down with him and have a discussion over his future.

Diafra Sakho could return for West Ham against Everton this weekend. (Evening Standard)

I really do not want to see Sakho play for West Ham again. He stropped last season and he has done so again this season. I don’t care how good you are, you do not get to do that and keep getting away with it. I would like to see Bilic give Calleri or Fletcher a chance in the team, rather than Sakho.
