Lots of doom and gloom surrounding West Ham at the moment, it’s been a long time since we have picked up 3 points and as always when we hit a bad patch of form people start looking for people to blame. The finger is firmly pointed at Manager Manuel Pellegrini and his staff at the moment.

Travelling to Burnley is not always ideal when you are looking for an important 3 points which would relieve a lot of pressure on our manager as people have already started talking about his replacement.

Burnley haven’t had a great season either, and sit just one place and one point behind us in the league and are on just as bad run of form as us. Losing their last 3 games so they will be desperate to play us i’m sure.

West Ham have now gone 5 games without winning, and have only managed to pick up 2 points since then. Pellegrini and the players have it all to do to keep the wolves from the door.

Burnley will have striker Chris Wood back from injury and Danny Drinkwater is close to being fit but not quite ready.

For West Ham United we are still missing Talisman keeper Fabianski who has become more important to us through his absence as he did while playing. Antonio still misses out as does Winston Reid who will continue his comeback with the under 23’s. Jack Wilshire will have a late fitness test.

Burnley : Pope, Lowton, Taylor, Tarkowski, Mee, Cork, Westwood, McNeil, Hendrick, Barnes and Wood.

West Ham United : Roberto, Fredericks, Cresswell, Diop, Balbuena, Noble, Rice, Snodgrass, Anderson, Fornals and Haller.

I’m sorry to say but I do not have any faith in us getting 3 points tomorrow afternoon. I fully expect them to do what a lot of teams do to us. They will run and out work us and probably get a lucky goal and beat us 1-0. I hope i’m wrong, but I feel this bad run of form will continue a little longer. While I do think Pellegrini will stay in his job and get us out of this poor run. It will not be tomorrow.

I would like to finish this by saying I hope he does continue to be our manager as I do believe he will turn it around and take us back up to the top half of the table. I don’t like the idea of changing managers every time you lose a few games I feel time is needed in the job and I would let ours at least see out this season before making a decision.
