We are on a bit of a roll at the moment, 2 wins in a row and no goals conceded. Long may the David Moyes revolution continue. It may not have been pretty against Gillingham but it doesn’t always have to be. I will take a few ugly wins if it means getting far away from the relegation zone.

Sheffield United have been very good this season and are up in 8th position, but they have lost their last 2 games, so maybe this is the start of a run of bad form that brings them back down the league. I’m not a lover of the team Sheffield United but there is lot to like at the moment starting with their manager Chris Wilder whose interviews are very refreshing.

Injury wise Sheffield United a
have a clean bill of health with only a slight problem with their back up goalkeeper who is in a concussion protocol.

Injuries are starting to pile up with the Hammers with Ryan Fredericks joining Yarmolenko, Wilshire and Antonio on the sidelines. I would like to know just how many games Antonio has missed during his time with the club because its obvious now that he can’t stay fit for more than 3 or 4 games.

Currently we are 16th and just 2 points from the dreaded drop zone. But a win could take us up to 11th if results go our way which they rarely do. But it goes to show that if we can keep our run of results going there is every chance of still having a successful season this year.

Predicted Line ups : Not via ExWHUEmployee

Sheffield United : Henderson, O’Connell, Egan, Basham, Stevens, Fleck, Norwood, Lundstam, Baldock, Mousset and Mcgoldrick.

West Ham United : Fabianski, Zabaleta, Diop. Balbuena, Ogbonna, Cresswell, Rice, Noble, Anderson, Fornals and Haller.

It seems Moyes wants to keep to his 3 at the back and wing back system. It may be just to counter the system set up by Sheffield or something he wants to keep to. Whichever it is I do like the way he changes things to suit the game and opposition. I’m not a fan of Friday night games but I do think the game will be entertaining and end up in a non score draw. 0-0 for me with both games cancelling each other out.
